At Skinner’s, we understand that every dog is different and that’s why we have developed an extensive range of both wet and dry diets, to suit all shapes and sizes. In our recipes, we use only high-quality meat meal including chicken, duck, turkey, and salmon. Lamb is also a popular choice in both our wet and dry diets and we have many happy dogs to vouch for that!

Nutritious ingredients

In our diets, we use only high-quality meat that has been sourced from animals deemed fit for human consumption and manufactured in accordance with EU Reg. 1069/2009. These high-quality cuts provide a good source of essential amino acids, as well as key vitamins and minerals.

Lamb can also provide a source of fat, which dogs preferentially use as a source of energy and also to provide essential fatty acids needed for healthy coat and skin condition.

When it comes to our lamb-based wet and dry foods, we use it as a single source animal protein- which means it contains no other “hidden” meat sources like beef or pork. This can be ideal for those who are intolerant to animal proteins like chicken or beef, and therefore may benefit from a diet with single-source animal protein.

Our recipes are also formulated by expert nutritionists and so all our diets are nutritionally complete, meaning they provide all the nutrients your dog needs to stay healthy. This also means that our delicious wet and dry diets can be fed alone, or mixed together, depending on what they prefer.

Lamb is a highly palatable meat source which has been tried and tested by many happy dogs! It can be an ideal choice for all ages including puppies, juniors, and adults. It can also be a delicious alternative for those who enjoy an occasional dietary change or for those who perhaps prefer the richer, meatier taste, compared to a fish or chicken-based diet.
